Looking For Help

I'm looking for someone to play with that can give me a fresh perspective on what I do wrong so that I can get better! Worked my way to Silver 5 the last two seasons...I know... not that great, but I don't play a whole lot of ranked games. This season thought I'd "try hard" but I don't seem to be getting anywhere. Most games I am top 3 most damage to champions in the game (Even as support) but still lose games. I won't blame my team, as I am a part of said team. Need some help. Send me a friend request.
