Gold 4 support looking for a dedicated and serious team!

Hello all I have been playing support since about mid season 2. This account was meant to be a secondary mess around account but I ended up hitting gold very quickly and passed my main account lol (main as in where I spent most my RP) anyways I am looking for a ranked team that I can join and connect with. The 4 other people must care about league as much as me and have a passion for it. I'm not looking to troll around or waste time in tournaments, I want to grind rank and get at leased gold ranked 5's this season if not higher. I currently work nights so practices from 2pm pacific time to 5 or 6pm pacific would be prime for me unless it's my days off. Here is a little more about me:

Age: 22 I have very stable and fast internet Working mic currently gold 4 ( platinum border ) Very knowledgeable about the game and how to not waste time Aggressive playstyle when enemy over steps, I'm just good at catching I guess Best attribute is most likely warding, communication, and clutch CC/exaughst

I can play every support well since I have played it for so long but I lean heavily towards tanks, here is my main pool I dip into:

Tanks:

Mages:

Like I said those are ruff picks I can play whatever is asked of me. Please post here or add me in game on IGN: GuntherTheGreat or Master Limbo to tell me more about your team and practice times etc. Thanks! Hope to hear from someone soon.
