LF Victorious Morgana Skin, AKA someone help me get to gold.

I am currently S IV and working my way back up to the promo area for gold, every time i seem to get those 0 and 17 top laners with flash ignite. or the old 3 and 22 mid. I am willing to gift multiple skins or w/e in order to achieve this gold
