Starting up a Silver/Gold Ranked 5's team

Recruiting all positions for a new ranked team, looking for 2 of each position except mid. It is preferred that all players be from Mountain Time Zone to reduce scheduling issues. The team will be playing together from 6-11 PM MST Monday through Friday, and Solo Queue on the weekends. This team will be geared toward moving up in ranking and getting better as a team, it will be a positive environment and we will all help each other get better. However; you must be willing to treat this team as a job and must be on time to practices to make this work for everybody. I will run a few solo queue games with all the applicants, and once all the positions are full we can start working our way up the ladder. We will also be using Curse Voice for communication.
