LF Duo To Climb SIlver

I was Gold 5 last season but am currently Silver 5. I've had some really rough luck this season. I am preferably looking for someone who was gold and knows what to do. I'm not looking to get carried just need someone who can hold their own and not feed. I want to make the silver grind as simple and quick as possible. Please don't add me if you just want to get carried.
