Serious Plat 5 Team Looking for Top or Jungle

Hello, my team has opening for one spot either in the top lane or in the jungle. If you are committed to joining a really good and fun team continue reading :

Why do you want to join? You want to join the team because we are all very fun hard working people. The way me and the other leader run the team is kind of like a family business. me and the other leader have created and environment where we are more like a family business than anything else. We put our players first and always want to hear feedback from every player and improve not just as individuals but as a team. Getting a spot on the team can be hard and it will require you to have something special about you as a player. As one of the 2 leaders i hope to be able to talk to every one of my players on a personal level so we can get that bond going and develop trust. Making sure that the players are happy is a key part of being a leader for me.

Why do we want you to join? Simply put we want to fill our roster with quality players. I strongly believe that quality is way more important than quantity so we do not want to have to move players out of the team but if everyone understands that if your play starts to falter then we have no choice. It is one of the bad parts about being a leader but i want the team to be great not good. As a team bringing in new players can be a good thing because it gives more perspective and different excrescences to the team.

Team goals for the 2015-2016 season 1.) Make high diamond 2.) Win a big tournament 3.) Keep improving

Why do i have these for the teams goals? Because with the players we have it is easy to achieve these goals with improvement. You cant force change but you can stimulate it with constant practice. Improvement will only happen when you want it to and striving to reach these goals will help the team improve, not just as individuals but again as a team.

we plan on playing any time 3pm-12pm est(weekdays) and then 12am -12pm est times change depending on peoples schedules

Recently switched to jungle & stopped playing my bad roles in ranked, climbed from G4 to P5 In less than a month. Recently played in a tournament at my university and placed 2nd. Play style: I switched to jungle because i realized the jungle really controls the pace of the game. I try to focus on having as standardized a start as i can (first buff & gank) and focus on objective control throughout the game. With the current preseason patches, pushing turrets early has become vital to winning games. Questions or comments ? : Will there be a coach in the future? Have there been any tournaments you all have played in recently? If so, how did you perform?

If so, how did you perform? we want to have days were we watch replays and go over comps so we self coach at the moment but we coach each other. and no tournaments are something we do plan on doing in the near future.
