Looking for a team to play with before I join ranked

I'm level 26 and am really looking forward to playing ranked and furthering my skills when I reach 30. However, as I play draft pick I often find myself with people who insist on certain roles, bans, or are just simply unpleasant. I'm looking for a friendly team to play with regularly where we can work together instead of arguing over roles/bans. I usually play top or support although I dont mind switching it up if others want to (my jungle game is easily my weakest). I also am looking to stick with this team well on into my ranked "career." Team chat is important to me, preferably live but ingame chat works fine too. I strongly prefer to use Curse Voice as it has the least effect on my computer but skype kinda works too.
