Starting a Brand Spankin New Team

Looking for some Mature well-communicating players to get a team going. I have experiences from playing with well over 15 different ranked 5s teams in my time, and I'm looking to have one of my own and get pretty serious about it. Now, I'll be heading up the jungle and doing what I can to whip us all into shape.

These are the roles I'm looking for.

Are you comfortable verbally communicating:Yes Biggest Weakness:Teamfighting and positioning in teamfights(im improving tho) Team Experience:The only real serious ranked 5s team that I was on was a diamond/plat team with high diamond mmr. I played with them for 50-75 games so they knew I was at that level. I also have high normal mmr and play with diamonds every game lol.

I've played mostly solo q for my league career and have always practiced keeping my composure, but as an adc getting behind and not having any help from teammates can get frustrating. Are you comfortable verbally communicating: Yes, I have been the raid leader for several WoW guilds and am usually a shot caller when playing with my friends. Biggest Weakness: I will always try to play an aggressive style of play which sometimes counteracts the playstyle of my support or jungler. I was a support main for a while and got used to seeing plays to be made and making them. As an adc, it is more difficult to initiate or shot call, but I am working on it. Team Experience: Honestly I haven't been part of a serious team before in LoL. I have had years of competitive gaming experience starting with Socom II and moving to WoW. I took somewhat of a hiatus from serious gaming, but am trying to get back into it and find a team to play and grow with.
