Bronze 5 looking for good players that wont feed

Im really good at the game but my team prevents me from climbing up in ranks mainly because their skill level isnt good I only miss 3-4 cs per wave thats due to lag. I hit all my skill shots I only miss when they use flash or ghost I dont rage I make sure I provide constructive criticism. I dont lose lanes unless fps drops so yea hmu if you guys wanna climb the bronze ladders and soon hit gold or higher
