LF Coach: Bronzie Looking to get better

As title says, im Bronze 3, but was silver 3 in S5 and i want to get better, and some of my friends are just, well not bad but don't know how to help, so looking for someone higher than silver to hopefully help me. <--- just some champs i enjoy playing
