Looking for a calm, cool and non-toxic coach in high-elo?

I think I have come pretty far and worked out the stats, runes and masteries to a good level of competition! But at the same time it would be nice to see if anyone could give me tips maybe they had someone help them? On all of the above and game play! I am a good player but I need to get myself out of Bronze and carry myself in matches to get to plat?
