LF A Top for R5s team

Our current top is showing multiple issues that the team believes won't be fixable so let me be clear about what I'm looking for.

Requirements Be able to communicate with the team Do not rage at other teammates Have a versatile champion pool Have a non SOLOQ mentality Have Friday,Saturday, and Sunday open for practice/ranked games (we may play on the other weekdays as well) Want to be on this team. (Most of us are pretty dedicated to this and just wanna see how high we can go, I'm looking for someone simillar who wants to grow with the team and its players.)
