A Jungle Main Looking For A Serious Team Silver 5 - Gold 1

Im 16 and looking for a serious team to join. Im on every day and i play every day for practice. I can play most jungle champs very well. My strong point is farming to late game and holding lane well and map awareness. My weakness is being heavily counter picked. I've been looking for a team for 2 months now every team that i had joined they either were never on or they were toxic and salty all the time.
