Road to Gold/Plat with Moxy

I'm a good player who plays at a gold 3 level since last season. I cannot get out of silver elo and have been in silver 1 twice this season. Would like a duo partner I can rely on for the rest of the season I can season through good times and bad. Thank you :-)
