Pre-Team (NA) Looking for good team mates

Hello, I am a very experienced player, (this is my new account btw, not smurf account, so you may see my level is low on this one, I deleted my last one but I stopped playing at a high level and decided to come back) this game is way too EZ, but I hate the fact of losing matches because of feeders who don't know when to go back to heal or feeders who risk there lives just for a kill near the tower and then they end up dying. Match making solo SUCKS because of this, makes me useless when my team feeds and that one person who there feeding to gets so OP that it makes the rest of us useless and lose matches all cuz they cant play.

Why start a Pre-Team (early team) now? The more we win, the better our elo will be when we all reach lvl 30, and the better we can practice as a team to know our mistakes.

Anyways....

Because match making sucks, I would like to start a Pre-Team (when were all lvl 30, we could start a real team and do competitive matches in ranked together) with players who are yet still under lvl 30 (MUST BE GOOD, AND EXPERIENCED) but are still trying to reach it and win matches so all of our elo would be good... and then well just see what goes on from there.

Requirements:

-Age: Teens/Kids -Time Zone: Any time zone near EST (NA) (even if your time zone is a few hours behind or ahead of mine) -Voice chat (NEEDED): Skype -Personality: Nice/chill/cool/silly/funny personality people (Must be friendly) -Must know how to play or have experience with other MOBAS (Ex: DOTA 2, LOL, HON, HOTS, HOC) (Not comparing this game to others) (NEEDED) Text communication: MUST have steam account, or must be on daily, but steam account is very much NEEDED. -Language: English (if you speak english and any other language like Russian or Spanish, you are still very welcome to join, as long as you know english) -LOL level: Any (must not be a horrible player) -Must be a highly active player
