Silver 2 Jungle main looking for a serious 5v5 team

I am a silver 2, jungle main who is looking for a team to join. I was on a few teams before, but they went nowhere and disbanded. I am looking for a team that is looking to climb and succeed. I have skype/curse voice, and am willing either to shotcall or listen to them. I am willing to take criticism, and willing to grow. I am just looking for a team that is already set up.
