New ranked 5'sTeam (pref: GOld+ but not limited too)

I Am creating a team right now( last phase of tryouts) for a gold+ ranked team we are forming two teams and would love to have a coach and/or analyst! if you think you have what it takes Fill out the application below and shoot me a msg! Rank(this season and last): Plat 5, unranked What are your greatest strengths as a player?: Wide champion pool. Good at adapting. What are your strengths as a coach?: Understanding of the meta. Knowledge of pick/bans. Patience. What are your weaknesses as a player?: Mechanics. Inconsistent. What are your weaknesses as a coach?: Get too personal. Do you have a replayer ?: Op.gg what competitive team play experience do you have? School event, and small online tournament. what coaching experience do you have? None How do you approach a player who is starting to let his emotions get the better of his game?: Depends greatly on the situation. A break, might be the best in most situations and of course talking out the issue. why should i pick you ?: I've been playing since S1, keep up on the meta game and LCS/LPL/LCK. Online none, i did play as Captain of a basketball team back in high school (6 years ago) what coaching experience do you have? as coach none How do you approach a player who is starting to let his emotions get the better of his game?: clamly make him see how he's affecting his team and try to make them be the better man in a "do it for the team, they need you" kindda way why should i pick you ?: Because what i told you convinced you, if it didnt you shouldnt whats your favorite food?: i LOVE Ravioli and salmon
