LF Serious team with goals

Hi , i had a pause from this game when i was gold 1 ant dropped to gold 4. Now im aiming to get back up , pretty easy actually but i rather want to play as 5. So now im looking for a serious 5 player team that are at least ranked silver OR the players in the team is mostly gold+ in solo rank.

I main mid but can play adc and top if needed.

I pref skype and teamwork and that the team wants to evolve TOGETHER and not flame their teammate that did a wrong play. So anyone want to do this with me? , im in it for the long run.
