Gold 4 Jungler looking for serious team

I am a gold 4 jungler at the moment although season 4 I hit gold 1 for about 2 weeks before being demoted back down. I would like to find a team where I can have fun while also practicing and improving as a team player. I play all mainstream jungles as well as unusual picks like shaco and fizz.
