Looking to create team for OGZ Gold and Under OLS season.

Hey there, I am apart of a community that has a Gold and Under LCS style competition. I am apart of a team right now in it but there are players leaving at seasons end so I am looking to create my own team that will play ranked 5s and then look to get into the season as soon as there is a chance. For the League you have to be Gold and Under and can't have been plat at anytime during this season. once in if you make plat you can play till end of season.

As far as the players I would like to find. Can play/practice from 8pm est till later on about 3 nights a week.
must have a mic and teamspeak/skype. be willing to join the community, doesn't mean you have to take part in all activities but have to be in the team speak for the games -there are a lot of events and RP prizes in the community though. please be roughly around 18+ and able to talk about mistakes and things that need to be changed with team mates. Also I'm not looking for best player but instead the players that work best together and who are willing to play and try/practice new off meta champions and aren't close minded to picks that aren't considered good.

And me in game or reply on here and we can talk about it. IGN: Darsam
