Silver 2 Mid Lane Main Looking for a serious team.

My name is Kacper and I am 15 years old, I am from England, I am looking for a 5v5 team to play with and get to gold+. I need to team to be serious and very consistant, which means you're on everyday and not once a week. I have a support main with me too, he is silver 2 also and I can get him in the team if possible. I can adapt to team's picks and the meta very well and I have a gigantic champion pool, and I can play all the champion in that pool well enough to carry I don't want this to sound harsh but I want the team to be English, or even speak FLUENT English so there is no language barrier between the team members.
