S4 & 5 Plat II Mid Main LF Dynamic Queue

I'm currently Gold II after finishing my placements last week. I used to play primarily ranked 5s. In every team I would shot call mid and late game.

I play significantly better in a team environment over pure solo q and I'm hoping to find some consistent people to queue with anywhere from 8:30pm to 12:30am

I finished Season 4 Plat V and Season 5 at Plat II. I'm back to form now after taking a break earlier this year, but don't enjoy playing solo.
