TS servers are usually pretty easy to find, or you can make one for free. Skype is annoying since 'do not disturb' keeps turning itself off randomly, but it's the most readily available and almost everyone has it. Curse is too intrusive and always wants to connect itself to everything, and the game overlay is kind of annoying. Mumble is crap.

Any of the 4 work, i myself never use mumble nor do i own a TS server. So i like Curse/Skype
