Creating a Semi Serious Plat/Diamond Team to compete in Riot funded Tournaments!

Hey CosyMink here, as the title states I'm looking to make a Plat/Diamond team you also must have TeamSpeak!!! Please only reply if you are Plat 4+ preferably; Plat 5 is fine, Plat 4 just lets me know you didn't just get carried through your gold promos. The team Will practice on Tuesdays, and Wednesdays, other times or days can and will be added based on the teams schedule. We will participate in team tournaments with prizes of up to 3200RP each on Fridays, and Saturdays, and Sundays if possible. The times of practice are from 7:30 EST to around 10:30 EST and it can be adjusted based on the teams schedules. All Tournaments begin at 6:45 but don't really start until 7:15 so try and be here between those times on those days. We will come up with a team Name together. Currently all potions are open as i haven't decided what role i will be playing. Most likely ADC or Support. Please copy the and fill in the following information and then ADD me in game so i can get you verified and try you out.
