Looking For a "Starter" Team

So, uhm, I'm level 30 but I'm really not very good. I find with some people, I can go 30/5, but with others, I do so bad, I don't even want to post. The thing is, I only play ADC Tristana. For 6 long years, she is literally all I've ever played. So in other words, I'm looking for a full team, people who range from any level, to play with me as a regular team, keeping our lane roles each time. I'll need a support (I do best with Nami, Blitz, Thresh, and sometimes Sona), and the rest of the rest of a regular team. Eventually, when I get used to having a permanent team, (One I can get used to, thank god.), I'm hoping to make it ranked and hopefully kill it.

*OR, if no one is willing to give me a chance for a full team, (I'm really not good, like I said), at least maybe a support (I hope). Let me know, you'll find my username above (or is it below?) if you want to add me :) and you can view my recent record (please don't look >_<) in the link provided. Thank all.
