Looking to form a community/team for ranked 5s

Looking to get some founding members for a start up group for a league community/5s team.

Requirements:

community is open to all

Ranked team:

-Silver elo or higher for ranked team, -proficient in role and decent champ pool -Curse voice with decent headset for comms -17 years or older, for the simple reason I want a mature community and people that will have somewhat of an open availability.

-Ability to listen to shot caller and take critiscm well, no time for whiners or people that wish to argue with team leaders/Captains.

I do not worry about win rates, but I will not hesitate to bench you or sub you out if you continue to perform poorly after given advice and coaching. This is a low elo, everyone makes mistakes and no one will be perfect but someone will always know more than you , the way of the world.

About me S3 unranked S4 AD main bronze 2 S5 AD main silver 4 S6 jungle main, going back to AD, silver 3 currently.

Also team name ideas are open, and thinking of creating a prize pool for the winning idea, RP or course, this will be in the future, serious players please!
