Any silver smurfs lf duo?

I'm silver 5, I have carried myself without duoing but once I got into silver 1 everything changed. I believe I still play about the same and I repeatedly get close to gold promos but can't seem to get into them. I really don't want to be carried but a good reliable team mate would be awesome. If anyone is interested add Punkyy in game. thanks a lot.
