plat 1 mid LF team

Plat 1 mid main looking for a solid team. Would prefer this team be plat or diamond level.

My goals are to compete in season 6 on an amateur level of some sort. Possibly find a sponsored team with coaches or analysts. Im not looking for just ranked 5's here and there I want something set in stone that where the team takes the games seriously, talks strategy, etc.
