Looking to create a ranked 5s team [Silver+]

Hello everyone!

I'm Electrolights, a mid-high Silver player (currently around Silver 3/4 due to my own tilting) who seeks to create a team to, quite simply, see what a more competitive environment has to offer.

A bit about me; I'm 22 years old and I've been playing League since season 1. League is the game that got me to give up console gaming, in fact!

What I am looking for in potential teammates

1. The ability to accept and give constructive criticism. We as humans don't always see our own errors as well as others will.
2. You need to be able to keep a calm head. Anger serves no purpose in a team environment and only sows dissent. Not to mention, nobody wants to play with an angry teammate.
3. Ideally, you are 18+. This is simply for a maturity factor, and exceptions can be made if you mesh well with everyone.

Voice Communication

I am open to use Curse Voice or Mumble; I don't particularly like Skype as it has its vulnerabilities that can be easily exploited. I will provide a mumble server if that is the groups chosen VoIP.
