Hello guys! I`m making EU--NE ranked team. This team will be serious...i want to find teammates that are willing to climb the ladder and this team needs to be in a positive mood...(no flamers). Only Plat V - Plat III players can join, if your Plat II, I, u can also join but be ware that I'm plat IV. i main ADC, i already got a support so i need top, mid, jungle! TOP- i prefer playing with full tanks in my team as a top lane MID- only thing you need to do is have a big champion pool... JUNGLE- I'm looking for a jungler that have high impact in early game (ganks,invade..etc)

I'm not applying for multiple reasons, the primary of which being I'm in the wrong region, but I had an interesting question pop into my head.

What exactly is a serious ranked 5s team as opposed to a regular one, do you want more practices? Professional aspirations? Tournament play? Just curious.
