What do you consider to be your strengths: I am a strong laner with tons of versatility and flexibility, I am very experienced, and I am naturally a leader so I have the ability to bring a group together as I unit.
What do you consider to be your weaknesses: My weaknesses are my nerves/anxiety, my wave control needs to be fixed so I can better set the pace of the game, and lastly "heroism" I have a tendency to try to do things by myself instead of letting my team help me.
Why are you looking for a team: I want to find a serious team that seeks improvement as much as I do and is relentless in reaching their goals. I am looking to find a team with a well structured staff body to support the team and strong team members that are willing to work with one another and grow with one another building each other up whenever possible.
Comfort Shot calling (on a scale of 1-10, 1 =being weak ; 10= being strong ): I am a confident 8 when it comes to shot calling. But, I believe a team should have the whole team shot calling or at least in different areas with one overarching voice to make a decision when it comes down to it.
What do you expect from your team mates: I expect my team mates to be trustable I want my team mates to trust in me as much as I want to trust in them. I want my team mates to build me up and not tear me down helping each other out in comradery. I also expect my team mates to take criticism and to not be afraid to give it. Also, when giving criticism I expect it to be reproving and not castigating so that it will be received. Most of all I expect my team mates to be as relentless as I am always seeking to improve and be the best that they can be.
Any extra information you would like to give: The only information I have to give is that I have a lot of team experience I have gained over the years with playing in serious teams that have helped mold me into the player I am today.
