best way to find Ranked 5's?

So I really wanna get into doing ranked 5s instead of just solo queueing, but I don't have enough level 30 friends for a team. So I have kinda been looking at the LFG forum, but its either a) single people looking for others to play with or b) all these crazy uber clans that want life time dedication just so I can play a few games every week.

And I don't have a problem with joining a clan, but I don't see the point of me going through some big application and testing process, just so I can be some "bench warmer" player for when someone from their main 5s team and all 50 other people in front of me in the clan all get rabies or something.

So what is the best way to get into doing 5s? Anyone have some advice on it, or I guess if anyone wants, they can link me to their clan for me to take a look.

I am going through the same process as you except i don't want to be apart of a huge clan. I think the best way would be to get the few people you have to make a team and recruit here on the forums until you get more members. And when you ranked solo you can also try to recruit then.
