Why are you interested in joining? I would like to win Tournament's and get both my account's to Challenger
Do you take constructive criticism well? I do, but not during the game. I'm all for having a game plan and if a player or the team needs me to change how I approach situations or small things I can do that.
How much team ranked experience do you have? I was a professional Halo player was on many teams, but for League of Legends I have join around 10 different team's all but one never played a game. The team I did play with won 6 games in a row then they never returned.
Weakness: Some champions I am still learning known counters for, small details.
Strenghts: Map control, ending games, ward's, keeping composure, pressure, accuracy sometimes.
