I am recruiting for ranked 5's, the team is called Aimbot's Incorporated, (we don't cheat). I want this to be an opportunity for some players to get better at the game as well as working as a team. I don't want to be disbanded after a loss, instead reflect and improve after every game. I want committed players, out of bronze who have flexible schedules. At some point I would like to enter online tournaments. and please be able to use skype or another message system (preferably skype). Only looking for mains of their role. Lets also try to keep the age range below 30. Every application that follows the instructions will be deeply considered.

IGN: Renzos Main Role: ADC Top three champs: I play all ADC's Laning phase strengths: Knowing when i have an advantage in lane. Laning phase weaknesses: I Throw leads but I've been working on relaxing and not doing that as much. team fight strengths: Good clear call outs and good follow ups. team fight weaknesses: Maybe staying for too long or getting caught out. What you are hoping to improve on: My skills mechanically and get experience working with a team.
Favorite game strategy (split pushing etc.): Keeping control over objectives such as dragon and baron. Rank: Silver 1 Going up.

Main Role: Top/Sup

Top three champs: Top: Shen, Trundle, Irelia, Kennen
Sup: Trundle, Ali, Bard, Braum

Laning phase strengths: Top: Pretty good at farming, good understanding of champs to know how much i can trade for Sup: ZOne out well, placing vison around map, knowing when to roam and when to stay

Laning phase weaknesses: I like to play aggressive, leaves me open to get ganks

team fight strengths: I play mostly cc based tanks, so i manly focus on peeling for carries, which ive gotten pretty good at

team fight weaknesses: I get caught overstaying during fights

What you are hoping to improve on: Everything, im not a pro so my entire game can improve, im open to criticism from eveyone

Favorite game strategy (split pushing etc.): 1-4 team comps or 1-3-1 teams, I dont mind playing team fight comps but i think split pushing is the most effective way to win most games
