Bronze Player looking for ranked 5's team

My name is Michael, or Slain By Krugs as my ign. I'm a Bronze level support / jg main and I am looking for a team. My top 3 champions are I have been on many ranked 5 teams before and 1 CS:GO competitive team. I am available most weeknights (excluding Nov 24 - Nov 30) I am a Freshman in highschool and have school from 7am - 4 pm. If i were to rate my own skill I would say I am a 6/10. My friends always tell me I deserve a higher rank (but im pretty sure they only say that because they're my friends so) I have a great mic and access to skype and steam.
