Looking for subs for ranked team

We are American Made (USAM) and we are looking for 2-3 extra summoners to substitute for our ranked play, and also play in our group 2. We are looking for silver/gold quality players.

A little bit about our team... Most of us know each other in some way in real life so we get along well. We are all working adults and put life before the game, which is why substitutes are necessary. We practice Mondays and Wednesdays 5pm PST, and also casually on Saturdays and Sundays depending on people's availability. We have a Facebook group as well as a discord server for communication.

What are we looking for in a teammate? We want people with a somewhat laid back attitude that is not quick to blame others and willing to progress as a team and as a player. We want someone who is willing to build upon what we already have as players and as friends. We are very relaxed in attendance because we know how life can get in the way of league, but I will usually give the higher attendance summoners priority on play time.
