New Ranked 5's Team (S3 - G4) Looking for players!

Yo Guys! I'm starting a new ranked 5's team and am looking for players that are in the skill level range of about silver 3 - gold 4. I'm a pretty casual guy who likes to play competitively but I'm not going to be making this a very serious competitive team. I don't want players who will blame others and can't take constructive criticism well.
