want to join a team

i just transfered my account from euw, where i was g4. currently im silver 2, and im looking for a team. i can play every role, and im very interested in improving as a player and as a team player. my main champs are brand mid swain top janna and thresh supp ashe jinx and ez adc and vi, amumu, malphite jung
