S5 ADC Main looking for a Support to duoQ with / looking for a team to join

I main vayne, Lucian, twitch, Caitlyn and Ashe. And am looking for an experienced support who is willing to give me tips and pointers about what I am doing wrong. I think that I am pretty decent at this game, but I know I am not great.

Couple things I'll point out from some of your more recent ranked ADC games.

You are regularly boasting extreme high death counts, even when you get a lot of kills.
You seem to be taking an extremely large amount of damage. This is probably because your putting yourself into dangerous situations with bad position. Which directly relate to your high death count.
Your CS is rather poor. At a glance you average around 50 CS per 10 minutes and that's being lenient.
Black Cleaver and Spirit Visage are not very good ADC items.

Tips:

Take more consideration about your positioning. This is ultimately the most important thing for an ADC.
Don't ever dive to attempt to get a kill if you will die because of it.
Play safer, more deaths means less time spent CSing.
In lane, you should not initiate a fight without an advantage.
