MCG Genesis Looking For DEDICATED players, need a new ADC (Silver/Gold team)

MindCtrlGaming Genesis is looking for dedicated players. I am looking for players that are willing to be committed to a 5s team that will strive to be successful in the competitive scene. As a team we review game film, we scrim weekly, and we compete in tournaments. (My EMAIL is BELOW)

If you do not have an open availability in the evenings and on the weekends then please do not apply. If you do not receive coaching or critique well, do not apply.

This team has a coach/manager already. This is the sister team of MindCtrlGaming.

The majority or communication about scheduling of practices and scrims takes place via email. If you are not able to proficiently use email, please don't apply. I cannot stress enough that this is a serious team. PRACTICE IS FROM 9PM EST-11PM EST MONDAY - WEDNESDAY, FRIDAY.SCRIMS ON WEEKENDS, TOURNAMENTS SCHEDULE IS CIRCUMSTANTIAL.

Edit: Still looking for players. Silver elo preferred(solo queue), higher elos are welcome. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU ARE NOT SILVER OR HIGHER AS OF SEASON 5(solo queue rating). Need ADC as of 4/10/2015.

I am making a list of all applicants. Players will get tryouts in the order of their solo q rating from highest to lowest until a suitable player is found.

IGN - HuggableJew Role- ADC Availability- Anytime outside of school (I will need 1-2 hours for homework tho duh) Rank (Season 4, Pre-Season 5, Season 5) -Season 4: Silver 4, Season 5: Silver 4. Do you and will you follow the meta - Yes, Jinx/Graves/Lucian (dunno if you consider vayne meta, but I pick her to counter/against heavy tank. Do you have Curse voice with an operating mic -I have curse, and I have a mic (although I broke my brother's so he uses mine but I'm sure I can just take it back) Strengths - Positioning, Decent cs which is hard to find sometimes, Will listen to shotcalls/who to focus, I know how to aa trade properly in lane, 60-80% of the time I snowball a lead into a win. Weaknesses - Sometimes I make dumb decisions, but someone reminding me that i should be careful or something fixes that, and when they pick malz. Best Champs (In order) - Jinx,Graves,Lucian-Vayne Why would you like to join this team -Because I'm getting sick of solo Q, people don't always take it seriously, I want to improve, ranked 5's team I get my guaranteed position, there's practices, they take it seriously, and I just like the idea of a team.

IGN - DCZ Cryo Kiro Role- ADC Availability- Whenever i wake up till 3 AM EST (from the time i woke up to Next Day) Rank (Season 4, Pre-Season 5, Season 5) - S4: I didn't play until the end of season four (Silver2), PRE-S 5: silver 1, S5: silver 4 Do you and will you follow the meta - Always, Meta picks are what i follow in the majority of SoloQ Do you have Curse voice with an operating mic - Of course Strengths - I Cs well and position well the majority of the time, I can get a feel on a situation instantly and make quick decisions based on how i feel the fight will go. I know when i make a mistake and call it out in instant so i know what to fix before next fight. Weaknesses - I follow orders even if i know it will lead to our death. I will miss CS to kill the opponents.
Best Champs (In order) - LucianLucian , JinxJinx , GravesGraves , Sivir, Ezreal, Vayne, Kog, Ashe, Kalista, Miss Fortune, Cait, Varus, Twitch. Corki is still iffy for me because i havent played him in a long time. Why would you like to join this team - I have been looking for a serious team since season 2.
