"Refuse to Lube" looking for new members.

"Refuse to Lube" (R2LU) is welcoming new players of all elos. We are an established team looking to recruit and reorganize as team leadership has just recently passed hands. We run a set 5 team and we also have a 3v3 team. In order to join our team, you must be active and able to participate in week day practices from 6-12 pm. EST. Games will be played on Fridays and Saturdays. Game schedules will be released Thursday night or Friday morning with the time and starting 5. As we are looking to recruit quite a few new players, initial tryouts will be held to test each player individually and accordingly. You're ELO will not decide your admittance, but rather how you play.

We are looking for:

**Jungler (1 already): **

The jungler is the shotcaller of the game. He/she must have good map awareness and the ability to lead with accurate decision making. The jungler must be able to cope with high pressure situations, adapt and adjust, and be willing to counter jungle.

Preferred champs:

**ADC: **

The ADC must be constantly aware of his/her surroundings and help provide the support with semi-major wards. The ADC must be able to successfully last hit 85% of CS and constantly poke at the enemy ADC.

Preferred champs:

**Support (1 already): **

The support is one of the most important roles of the game. A team with a poor support will have a hard time succeeding in teamfights and as well with team buffs. A poor support will also cause the ADC to fail, costing the team a early lane loss. The support's role early game is to poke the enemy in lane and to ward. The support may also be required to occasionally gank mid. We prefer a semi-aggressive support that's tanky or hard CC.

Preferred champs:

Mid (1 already):

The mid-laner is the AP carry of the team. The mid lane is mostly composed of assassins with serious damage scaling that are able to produce and inflict high magic damage. The mid-laner must have good map awareness and be willing to roam occasionally. We prefer a mid-laner with high mobility.

Preferred champs:

Top (1 already):

The top-laner is normally the AD bruiser/tank of the team. The top-laner must have good map awareness, good judgment and a large champion bank.
