Looking for G-P+ players to add to my 'community' crew.

Hey everyone, I have created a crew called "Rise Together" in hopes to surround myself with ranked players on the same mission as me- To learn and climb the ranks while having fun. I'm trying to seek good ranked players that are fun to play with and create a small community with them.

The purpose of the crew is to come online and have people to play with. With the new Dynamic Que, so many people are playing in teams of 2 or 3 that playing solo isn't that fun and rewarding anymore. So having a list of players to possibly play with is important.

In theory, anyone can join, because the purpose of the crew is to learn the game with others, reach higher ranks, meet new people--develop new friendships, and to have fun doing so. However I am trying to add people around my MMR (Gold) so we can actually play together.

Requirements: -Minimum: be Silver or higher, preferably Gold or higher.
-Have a win rate above 50% - I'm currently at a slump and for the first time I dropped below 50%. But for 2 years, I was able to stay around 50-55% mark, so I feel like that's a fair requirement if you want to climb. -Have a fun personality, chill. No one likes egotistical assholes and toxic people (If you are toxic and want to change your ways, you can still join, but if you are constantly toxic and not getting better, eventually with group decision, you'll probably get kicked). -If you want to communicate with team though a mic, then please have a good quality microphone :) (Programs we can use: Curse, Discord, Skype. I'm willing to use TeamSpeak if someone can offer a server). -Maturity is nice -Understands that getting better at League is a process and don't come fast and easy. Doesn't get discouraged and doesn't discourage other players, instead brings them up.

About me My name is Peter, 21 years old going to college full time and have a part time job. I'm currently G5 Jungle main. Peaked at G3. Started playing league on and off mid way S3. Really started to try and get better at this game during S4. I used to play CoD semi-competitively- played competitive online matches (Gamebattles & tournaments) but never had the chance to go all in and compete at LAN. I'm a really competitive person who loves being in a competitive environment. I love being a team leader and helping people around me get better. However since I started to play League, I've been always playing solo and I've became pretty aggressive and toxic due to the things I've witnessed in my elo that threw games. But now I'm trying to go back to my old ways of being a good team leader, so I'm hoping with the creation of this crew and playing with cool players, I can work on my 'league developed anger problems' and become a nice & positive gamer again.

I'm also a huge Team EnVyUs fan, been since 2011, and I can't wait to see them in the LCS :D :D :D
