D5 Support Main Looking for a Plat + Ranked 5s Team

I'm currently at Diamond 5 rank on NA my maximum rank all time was D2 in mid Season 4; I've been maining support since Season 3. I'm looking for a semi-serious or serious ranked 5s team that wants to achieve Diamond rank in Ranked 5s. I have a deep champion pool; I just don't play the two hook supports very well, I build true support style essentially every game unless required otherwise.
