Hello I am Zach, and my friend Owen and I are going to start an esports organization over the summer, we have previously talked about making an esports team over many different platforms so we are starting with League Of Legends Esports. We are looking for players Diamond 5 and higher players for the team. You have to be at least 15 and be dedicated to practices and getting constructive advice and criticism from coaches and other players, if you take these harsh in anyways, there will be consequences. We will practice from 5 - 11 or longer at night cst almost everyday we will take one day or two day breaks every week. This team is very dedicated and very serious as you can tell with the time frames. Me personally I have played this game for 3 or more years now and I know a lot about the game, although I am not good at it so I cannot coach. What me ( Zach ) and Owen will do is, we're going to be head of social media, do a little bit of psychology, and make sure you guys are working and find tournaments and skirmishes for the team. YOU NEED TO BE ABLE TO HAVE CURSE VOICE INSTALLED ON YOUR PC.

This is all well and dandy but I just want to let you know that the fact that you've been bronze every season since you began playing sort of indicates that you have absolutely no idea how this game works at very basic levels. Not a dig at you and I get that you admitted it right off the bat, however how is anyone going to entrust their own high level of play to the leadership of someone who isn't even in the same realm of the game as them? What qualifies you to own/manage, or even be head of social media and "psychology"? Do you have a background in these things? Just reading the post, it comes off the same as if me and my buddies were drinking on a friday and said to one another "we should open our own bar!".

Not trying to break down your dreams but I do think you and your friend should be more realistic about these things, if you are really passionate and want to get into the esports scene you should see whats out there that you are qualified for, or try to reach out to people in the Challenger or UNI leagues and see how the different aspects of high level teams work.
