Plat Adc looking for a competitive team

I am a plat adc that has been playing league since season two, and want to put myself in a team environment to see where things go.i am looking for a team that plays on a daily basis, and that plays to get better all around the bored. I find myself as a shot caller but it is okay if that is not needed i can shut my mouth. If you have any questions or want to try me out message me in game. IGN- Ottway
