Looking to join or start a ranked 3s team, lets make it to plat

I have strong champs in a variety of roles and I play a lot of 3s. Looking for a team or anyone who can communicate well and put a lot of time in throughout the week. My solo rank is currently bronze, but I have a 54% win rate and I just really don't play much of SR anymore. My last team quickly made it to S3 and last year we were gold, I have left the group because our top players stopped playing league :/ Hoping to make it to plat or high gold this season, message me if you are interested.
