Coach looking for an Assistant Coach/Analyst also a Top and Mid (Gold Pref)

Hi, I'm Blank Earth a former plat player who has coached gold-diamond teams over the past few years. Currently over the past 8 months I have been free of coaching and been busy going to school but my schedule has freed up and I'm looking to create a team again.

I am in an organization that is small and upcoming so there will be rules to follow although they are small and cover things like don't be toxic and other team rules about practice times and whatnot. The purpose of this team is to grow each player as an individual and as a team. We want to compete in tournaments and the organization has been talking about making a league which will also result in us getting first dibs in and making some money.

I'm free from 6pm EST until 3am EST and all day on weekends so practice times will need to be between there. Structured VOD review, 2v2, 1v1, laning practices will be held weekly along with scrims and flex que. There is a way I can communicate with approx. 44 scrim teams as of now plus the in house teams in the organization to be able to scrim.

I will always be upfront, honest, and 100% transparent with what is going on with the org and team. I do believe every piece of the team is important and every player deserves the right to know what is going on at all times.

Also I am looking for an assistant coach/analyst. We currently have 8 players and I feel like that I'm doing a disservice to them all if I look for a Top and Mid laner for a team of 10 as just 1 of me will not be able to give them the coaching they all deserve for being dedicated and showing up. Responsibilities and philosophy will be gone over through an extensive interview and I'm willing to take new and experienced coaches and we can always learn from each other.
