Looking to Start a Stable and Serious 5's Team (Top/Jungle)

Hey everyone I am looking to create form a 5's team with the goals of getting better individually and as a team. The current idea is to get a 5 Man roster that is committed then look to join an organization/league and start competing asap. I am currently a s2 player so I wouldn't want anything above g3 and anything under s5 for the sake of flex, but willing to talk about exceptions on a case to case basis.
