LF duo ranked partner/team

Hi All, I'm an adc main looking for a duo partner/team for ranked. I like to learn and improve, and I take constructive criticism well. I've placed silver in the last 2 seasons with not many matches past provisionals, because I just preferred to play normals then. Now with Dynamic Queue, I'd like to focus on ranked.

Play times would be more casual since I work full time, so I can get a couple games in daily, but more on the weekends. NA, available after 8p cst. Chat available, just let me know which platform you prefer.
