We are a serious team which will reward for consistency at attending practices and will punish, (such as "benching" from games) if one does not attend practices or communicate about availability with the potential to be removed. I know it might be a bit too serious, yet I am trying to get a team together which cares about making plays happens and enjoys the serious aspect of the game. Here is my info as well as my team's:
